We took a little trip to the Willis Pumpkin Patch tonight. It was such a nostalgic evening. The moon was big and bright and there was a strong chill in the air. The smell of smoke from the first fires of the season danced in the air too. It really felt like fall tonight.
We had fun with the Raineys tonight! We took some goofy and cute pictures at the pumpkin patch and then bought a few pumpkins to take home. Once we got home we made caramel apples....YUM! Then we sat around and chatted and laughed at each other making messes of our faces with the apples! It was so much fun. I love having times like these with my family. And I'm so lucky to have such a fun family.

you did that on purpose. no fair. wish i was there... how about we have a bloggin contest.. whose weekend was more fun? cuz iknow you will be jealous of mine! haha..it was AMAZING! i want to go to the Y soooooooooo bad! it was not awkward with adam at all! i loved it soo much! i felt like i completely left my life for 3 days and just had bliss... plus i hung out with arden and keri and played with mr. potato head.

ReplyDeleteI heard all about your fun FHE last night from P and Q this morning on the way to school. They really made my kids want to go to the pumpkin patch. We should get together and take them when it's haunted. Just a thought. I'm so glad you had such a great time with your family! It looks like so much fun!
