This Year

These were the pictures we took for our Christmas card this year. We were in such a frenzy trying to get a few snapped. It was rushed and hurried-the boys were not in the mood to pose, but I think they turned out cute anyway. Payton took the one of Dan and I-not too shabby for a kid who hates the camera. :) I love getting pictures in the mail with Christmas cards. And I LOVE seeing my friends and their growing families. Some of my favorites this year were Emily Adair's (Preusser)-she and her hubby have three kids of their own and just adopted an adorable baby boy, Seth, from Ethiopia this past June. I was so surprised and happy to find out-brought tears to my eyes. I also loved getting pics. from our friends Chris and Monica Cannon in Mobile, Alabama. They just had their second baby boy which makes two boys for them-just like us. They are adorable and perfect! And we are so happy to have found out that Becky and Mark Hancock are expecting again in April! I think this will make either five or six. So fun! Anyway, thanks to all our friends who care enough to send us cards and pictures-we treasure each and every one of them! Christmas for us was perfect this year and we wish ALL of you the best in 2009.....
